“Symphony Of Silence is the debut album of the Afterlife Symphony, released on 2013. Despite the misleading title, the genre proposed by the Venetian band is a gothic doom that we could easily define as old school, absolutely bucking the trend and which completely ignores the symphonic and power metal influences of what has come out in the last fifteen years. Afterlife instead go to explore those lost paths that were typical of The Gathering of "Mandylion", of The 3rd And The Mortal with Kari Rueslatten on vocals, of the first Theater Of Tragedy; So here is what you will find in this "Symphony Of Silence", oppressive, slow, intense and hypnotic gothic doom, led by the beautiful voice of Anna Giusto and best managed by the whole band.
